H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, attended the Al Dhafra Fort ceremony, which was held today in conjunction with the country's celebrations of the 52nd Union Day and on the occasion of the group wedding of 230 young Emiratis.

Organised under H.H. Sheikh Hamdan's patronage, and supported by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), the ceremony was attended by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, along with a number of Sheikhs, statesmen and dignitaries.

The celebration programme was a vibrant tapestry of national pride, heritage, and poetic expression, each segment echoing the love for the homeland, the UAE wise leadership, and the civilisational achievements that have blossomed under the Union.

Al Harbiya Troupe captivated the audience with their soulful renditions, while the Ayala transported them to a bygone era with their inspirational heritage performances. Simultaneously, the F-16 aircraft and the Emirates Knights for Air Shows painted breathtaking aerial spectacles across the jubilant sky.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to foster such community initiatives that uplift the lives of the nation's sons and daughters, empowering them to build families rooted in stability and social harmony.

As the ceremony drew to a close, commemorative photographs were taken of Sheikh Hamdan alongside the grooms, capturing a moment of shared pride and unity.
