H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, has affirmed the keenness of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to continue to fully and proactively address the social needs of UAE citizens.
Sheikh Hamdan made the remarks as he received at Al Nakhil Palace a number of Abu Dhabi government officials to review the plans and efforts made at the country level to drive comprehensive development and continue to develop services and fulfill the citizens' demands.
He articulated the importance of building on the milestones achieved across various fields, especially in areas of education, housing, infrastructure, community development and other service sectors in a manner that maintains the stability, growth and prosperity of the Al Dhafra region.
"The UAE citizens will continue to be the mainstay of the development drive in the country and they will remain at the heart of the government's efforts aimed to ensure social welfare and economic wellbeing," he added.
Sheikh Hamdan directed to overcome all difficulties facing the completion of government projects and to ensure synergy and team spirit to achieve the government's plans.
The meeting was attended by key government officials.
